AXA S.A. is a French global insurance company with about 147,000 employees and 93 million individual and business clients in more than 50 countries across Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific and Africa. AXA is one of the world’s leading life and property-casualty insurers and asset managers with total AUM of about €950 billion. In August 2024, AXA announced that it has entered into an negotiation to sell its asset manager AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) to BNP Paribas.
