Industrial & Commercial Bank of China

Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is the largest bank in China and globally by assets, deposits and loans. It is a state-owned commercial bank with over 750 million personal customers, 13 million corporate clients and 409,000 employees. The company operates through about 15,500 banking outlets and 52,000 ATMs primarily in Mainland China. It also has international branches and subsidiaries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.

China Construction Bank

China Construction Bank (CCB) is the second largest Chinese bank by total assets. It is also ranked second based on tier 1 capital in the World's Top 1,000 Banks by The Banker. CCB offers high quality financial services through about 14,500 branches, small business and personal loan centers and private banking offices. The Bank was established in 1954 and today employs over 350,000 people.

Agricultural Bank of China

Agricultural Bank of China Ltd (ABC) is the country’s third largest bank by assets. Headquartered in Beijing, it has more than 860 million retail customers and approximately 22,800 domestic branch outlets. The Bank's shares are listed on the Shanghai and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges, with a market capitalization of US$185 billion as of December 5, 2024.

Bank of China

BOC is one of the big four banks in the country. It operates through the following business lines: Corporate and Personal Banking, Treasury Operations, Investment Banking and Insurance. BOC is China's most international bank with presence in more than 50 countries and areas.

China Development Bank

Established in 1994, it is world's largest development bank and the largest Chinese financial institution for foreign investment. It has over 40 domestic branches, offshore branch in Hong Kong as well as representative offices in London, Rio de Janeiro, Cairo, Moscow, Caracas and Sydney, among others.

Postal Savings Bank of China

It is China's leading retail bank providing a broad array of financial products and services primarily to individuals, communities, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as rural and low income customers. With 176,400 employees, it serves more than 650 million personal clients through about 8,000 branches and 40,000 outlets.

Bank of Communications

Bank of Communications (BoCom) is a commercial and retail bank offering deposit and lending products, international banking, treasury, trustee and retirement services, asset management, insurance, brokerage, e-banking, leasing and other related products.

China Merchants Bank

Headquartered in Shenzhen, it employs over 110,000 staff and serves more than 193 million personal, corporate and SME customers. It offers deposit products, personal and corporate loans, credit cards, housing mortgage loans, investment banking, wealth management, M&A financing, offshore banking, life and health insurance, online banking and more.

Industrial Bank

Founded in 1988, Industrial Bank Co Ltd is a commercial bank headquartered in Fuzhou. It employs over 69,000 people and operates through over 2,000 outlets including traditional and community sub-branches. As of September 30, 2024, the company's total assets amounted to over US$1.4 trillion. The Bank's shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank

It is a state-owned commercial bank with about 1,700 outlets across China (except the Tibet Autonomous Region). It offers retail, investment and transaction banking, private banking, wealth management, asset custody and offshore services, insurance, online and mobile solutions, foreign exchange and more.

MyBank is a privately-owned commercial online bank with a focus on SMEs and farmers. It operates as a subsidiary of Alibaba’s Ant Group.
