City National Bank of Florida (CNB), headquartered in Miami, is one of the strongest and most stable banks in the state. With approximately 1,030 employees and more than 30 branches from Miami-Dade County to Orlando and Tampa, it offers a broad spectrum of products and services including personal, business and private banking, wealth management, insurance, retirement plans, residential mortgages, online banking, mobile banking app as well as equipment financing, franchise financing and capital markets solutions. The company was established in 1946 and today operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bci Financial Group, a division of Chilean of Banco de Credito e Inversiones (Bci). CNB purchased Miami-based TotalBank from Spain-based Santander Group in 2018. It also acquired Executive National Bank in 2020. As of March 2023, City National Bank of Florida had $26 billion in total assets, $21.8 billion in deposits and 17 billion in loans.
