Banco de Crédito e Inversiones S.A. (Bci) is the largest privately owned bank in Chile with total assets of over US$90 billion. With about 11,300 employees, 196 branches and 560 ATMs across Chile, Bci provides a wide array of retail, corporate and investment banking services. It offers deposit and lending products, mortgages, credit cards, securities brokerage, asset management, factoring, leasing, SME banking, insurance products, mobile and online banking, foreign exchange and other financial services. It also owns Florida-based City National Bank. As of September 30, 2023, BCI Group had total assets of CLP 81.7 trillion, loans of CLP 49.1 trillion, total deposits of CLP 43.4 trillion and shareholders’ equity of CLP 4.9 trillion. The company’s shares are traded in Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, Bolsa Electrónica de Chile and Bolsa de Valores de Valparaíso, with a market capitalization of US$5.7 billion as of January 30, 2024. Banco de Crédito e Inversiones was established in 1937 and is headquartered in Santiago.
