FirstSun Capital Bancorp, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is a financial holding company providing a full array of consumer and commercial banking services including deposit and lending products, wealth management, treasury management, and online and mobile banking solutions. FirstSun operates through its two wholly-owned subsidiaries - Sunflower Bank N.A. and Logia Portfolio Management LLC. FirstSun Capital Bancorp is a result of merger of Kansas-based Sunflower Financial Inc and Texas-based Strategic Growth Bancorp Inc, which occurred in 2017. In April 2022, FirstSun completed the merger with Pioneer Bancshares Inc. Today, the company operates through a branch network in Kansas, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Washington, and mortgage capabilities in over 40 states. For the year ended December 31, 2023, FirstSun Capital Bancorp reported $104 million in net income, $7.9 billion in total assets, $6.4 billion in deposits and $6.3 billion in loans.
