Schroders plc is a UK-based global investment manager offering innovative products and services to institutions, retail investors, charity clients, family offices and high net worth individuals. The firm invests in a broad array of asset classes including equities, fixed income, multi-asset, real estate, emerging market debt (EMD), hedge funds and commodities. Schroders was established in 1804 and today has over 6,100 employees and 38 investment teams located across Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. In 2019, the company acquired wealth management business of Thirdrock Group in Asia as well as Blue Asset Management, a German real estate specialist. As of September 30, 2024, Schroders had total assets under management (AUM) of £777 billion including £121 billion in wealth management. The company’s shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), with a market capitalization of £6.0 billion at February 14, 2025.
