Star One Credit Union is the sixth largest credit union in California and the nineteenth largest in the United States. It provides free and rewards checking accounts, savings and trust accounts, IRAs, mortgages, student and car loans, investments, Visa credit and debit cards, insurance, mobile and online banking, wire transfers, notary service and other financial products. The company was originally founded as Lockheed Missile Employees Federal Credit Union in 1956 and changed its name to Star One in 2001. As of October 31, 2024, Star One Credit Union reported $9.7 billion in total assets, $7.3 billion in deposits, $6.5 billion in loans and $1.1 billion in net equity.
