Sbanken ASA (formerly known as Skandiabanken ASA) is the leading online retail bank in Norway and Scandinavia. Established in 2000, it was the first online only bank in Norway. Today, Sbanken serves over 480,000 customers and employs around 330 staff. As of September 30, 2022, Sbanken group had total assets of US$11 billion, customer deposits of US$6.4 billion and loan volume of US$9.3 billion. In May 2023, Sbanken merged with DNB Bank ASA.
