DNB Group

DNB Group, headquartered in Oslo, is Norway's largest bank and financial services group. With around 11,000 employees and 2.3 million clients, it provides a comprehensive range of products and services for retail and corporate customers. It is the best bank in Norway according to Global Finance. Founded in 1822, DNB is the oldest private bank in the country.

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank is the largest regional bank and the second largest Norwegian-owned banking institution. It serves retail and corporate customers in Aust-Agder, Vest-Agder, Rogaland and Hordaland counties. It offers deposit and loan products, credit cards, pension plans, factoring, leasing as well as auto insurance, travel and life insurance, cash management, advisory services, online banking and mobile banking app.

Nordea

Handelsbanken Norway

Svenska Handelsbanken in Norway provides a comprehensive range of products and services through a network of about 40 branches across the country. Sparebanken Vest

Headquartered in Bergen, it is the third largest savings bank in the country with around 750 employees, NOK 307 billion in assets and more than 30 branches in Vestland and Rogaland. The company's shares are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs) under a ticker code SVEG.

Sparebank 1 SMN

Based in Trondheim, Sparebank 1 SMN is one of the largest banks in Norway in terms of total assets. With over 200,000 clients and 1,550 employees, it operates through about 50 branches in 42 municipalities across Trondelag, More og Romsdal and Sogn og Fjordane. The company has Long Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of A from Fitch and Aa3 from Moody’s. Sparebank 1 SMN was established in May 1823.

Santander Consumer Bank

Santander Consumer Bank AS, based in Greater Oslo Region, offers consumer loans, deposit products, financial leasing, credit cards, car finance, foreign exchange, pension and insurance schemes and other related services. Based in Hamar, Sparebank 1 Østlandet is the fourth largest savings bank in Norway. With approximately 35 branches and 1,150 FTE employees, it has over NOK 176 billion in total assets. Today’s SpareBank 1 Østlandet is a result of the merger between Sparebanken Hedmark and Bank 1 Oslo Akershus AS.

Headquartered in Kristiansand, it is an independent regional savings bank with about 470 employees and 30 branches located across East-Agder, West-Agder and Telemark. Sparebanken Sør has A1 long term debt and long term CRR rating from Moody’s, with a stable outlook.

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge

The company is a Norwegian regional bank with over 900 employees and branches in 36 municipalities across Troms, Nordland, Svalbard and Finnmark. It offers a broad array of savings, insurance, loan and payment products in retail, corporate and leasing markets. SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is a result of the merger of 40 savings banks in Northern Norway.

Sbanken ASA (previously known as Skandiabanken), headquartered in Bergen, is the largest online bank in Norway with the most satisfied customers. After the merger in May 2023, Sbanken became part of DNB Bank ASA.

Headquartered in Alesund, it is one of the leading savings banks in Norway. The Bank provides deposit and loan products, credit and debit cards, mobile and online banking, wire transfers, foreign exchange and other financial services to retail and business customers in northwestern Norway.

Bank Norwegian

Bank Norwegian is an internet bank providing a diverse range of competitive products and services for retail market. It offers deposit accounts, consumer loans, credit and rewards cards, and insurance services. Bank Norwegian is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swedish NOBA Bank Group AB. Currently, Bank Norwegian has more than 1.8 million customers.

Storebrand Bank

Storebrand Bank ASA, headquartered in Lysaker, provides pension, insurance and banking products to individuals and companies in Norway. It operates as a subsidiary of Storebrand ASA, a leading provider of long-term savings and insurance products in the Nordic region.
