Unicredit S.p.A. is the second largest bank in Italy by total assets, deposits and loans. The company is an international financial services group providing retail, corporate and private banking services, asset management, life and general insurance, mobile and online solutions, ATM and credit card services, foreign exchange and other related products. With a focus on Central, Eastern and Western Europe, the company's core markets are Italy, Austria, Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Poland and Serbia. The Group serves over 15 million customers through a network of around 3,080 branches including 1,950 retail branches in Italy.
