Vall Banc S.A.

Vall Banc S.A. (formerly Banca Privada d'Andorra) provides private banking and asset management products and services through four offices and five ATMs. It offers personal current and savings accounts, term deposits, loans, credit cards, mobile and online banking, business savings and wealth management. The bank was established in 2015 and is headquartered at Avinguda Carlemany 119. In 2016, it was acquired by the investment fund J.C. Flowers IV L.P., which is managed by the J.C. Flowers & Co, an American private equity firm. As at December 2019, Vall Banc Group had €1.04 billion in total assets, €876 million in deposits and approximately €2 billion in assets under management (AUM).

In June 2022, Vall Banc S.A. was acquired by Credit Andorra Group.
