The company’s shares are listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen. The Bank's two largest shareholders are Spar Nord Fonden having 19.4% of the share capital and Nykredit Realkredit A/S. As of December 31, 2022, Spar Nord Bank reported DKK 124 billion (US$17.7 billion) in total assets, DKK 72 billion in deposits, DKK 66 billion in loans and DKK 11.3 billion in shareholders’ equity. In 2021, the company completed acquisition of Danish retail business of BankNordik P/F, a Faroe Islands-based banking and insurance group.
