Skipton Building Society is the fourth biggest building society in the United Kingdom. It has approximately 1.26 million members and 82 branches nationwide. It provides an array of financial products including mortgages, savings accounts, fixed and variable rate cash ISAs, stocks and shares ISAs, Lifetime ISA (LISA), bonds, children's accounts, investment, pension and retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, executor and online services, and mobile app. The company also offers home, landlords, health and life insurance through Liverpool Victoria and AIG Life Ltd. Skipton was founded in 1853 and today has around 2,100 full time and 450 part time employees.
